As part of the Neighborhood Stabilization Progrram (NSP) with Pasco County, Tampa Bay CDC purchases abandoned or foreclosed homes within the designated NSP program area and rehabilitates and makes them available to eligible low to middle income families. Pasco County also provides down payment assistance for these homes.
