FROM ST. PETERSBURG:

Take U.S. Highway 19 Northbound to N.E. Coachman Road (Look for WalMart on the corner). At N.E. Coachman, Turn Left. Follow N.E. Coachman until you cross over Belcher Road. Once you have crossed over Belcher Road, you will see CDC's HomeOwnership Center on your left hand side.

FROM TAMPA:

Take Courtney Campbell Causeway / Highway 60 across in to Clearwater. Courtney Campbell Causeway becomes Gulf to Bay Blvd. Follow Gulf to Bay Blvd. until you get to Belcher Road. (As you follow Gulf to Bay, you will cross over Old Coachman Road. Do not turn at this street. This is not the same as N.E. Coachman). Turn Right at Belcher. Go to the 3rd traffic light which is N.E. Coachman Road and Turn Left. Follow N.E. Coachman Road and you will see CDC's HomeOwnership Center on your left hand side.

FROM PASCO COUNTY & NORTH PINELLAS:

Take U.S. Highway 19 Southbound to N.E. Coachman Road (Look for WalMart on the corner). At N.E. Coachman Road, turn right. Follow N.E. Coachman Road until you cross over Belcher Road. Once you have crossed over Belcher Road, you will see CDC's HomeOwnership Center on your left hand side.
