When completing the on-line Application, please be careful to complete all fields of information. Do not leave any sections blank, as this may cause a delay in the processing of your loan.
Once you have completed the Application, click the submit button and your Application will be forwarded to Tampa Bay CDC. You will receive an email confirming that CDC has received your Application, and this email will give you instructions on the next step in the Application process. Once you have submitted your online Application, you will need to submit an Authorization Form (which can be found on the "Forms and Brochures" Page) along with your Income Certification Fee ($25 for one person, $40 for two or more). When this is received by CDC, we can begin processing your assistance request. In fairness to all Borrowers, applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted within 3 to 5 business days. You will be contacted by letter notifying you of the documentation that will be necessary to complete your loan file. City of Largo: $190,000 (new or existing)

4. If you are planning to purchase a home in the City of Largo:
a) Have you owned a home in the last 3 Years?
b) Is the property in a Flood Zone?
5. Have you received Downpayment Assistance from the City of Clearwater in the last 5 Years?
Have you ever previously received Downpayment Assistance from Pinellas County?
6. If you are separated, do you expect any difficulties in getting your spouse to sign
the necessary documents to release their dower rights to your property?
7. Are you applying to receiving Counseling from the HomeBuyers Club? If so, this online application is
